An engineering contractor built around one accountable team.

Sujuma Engineering Limited covers the electrical and site infrastructure work Zambian sites need — installation, fabrication and supply — under a single scope, rather than splitting it across separate contractors.

Who we are

Seven disciplines, treated as one scope of work.

Most sites need more than one kind of electrical work done — a transformer bay, the switchgear that protects it, the instrumentation that monitors it, and often the steelwork or fencing around it. Sujuma Engineering Limited is set up to carry all of that as one scope, so specification, sequencing and workmanship stay consistent instead of being split across separate contractors who each own a piece.

That covers everything from the transformer and switchgear itself, through to the solar system on the roof, the fabricated steel supporting it, the perimeter fence around the yard, and the equipment supplied to make it all work.

What guides the work

Four things every job is measured against.

Safety & compliance

Work is planned and carried out to safe systems of work and the relevant electrical standards, on every site.

Technical accountability

One team owns the brief from assessment through to commissioning, so nothing gets lost between design and install.

Straight specification

Equipment is specified to match the actual load and site conditions, not oversold or undersized to fit a budget.

Workmanship

Installations and fabrication are finished to a standard that holds up to inspection, not just to first switch-on.
